Producing and Delivering Live and VoD Stream Productions
Broadcasters are faced with the challenge of producing and delivering live and VoD stream productions to reach web and mobile consumers and increase revenue streams. At IBC, Tristan Earl from Prime Focus Technologies explained that content can be delivered to websites or service delivery platforms within three minutes of the live feed. In addition to delivering custom VoD packages from live video feeds, graphics and advertisements can also be integrated into the edited content as pre and post rolls. Suitable ad insertion helps direct the clip as a separate data feed for placement of advertisements during playout.
