Better Internet TV Video Streaming – Accelerator Ensures Bandwidth to Provide Higher Quality

Viewers can benefit from better video quality using less expensive bandwidth package from their ISP. Gilad Brand from WebTView explained to me at the OTTCon trade show that connected devices such as Connected TVs, Blu-Ray players, and media players can get higher quality video using lower bandwidth through the use of an accelerator for services such as Hulu, NBC, Fox, and YouTube. The accelerator eliminates freezes and buffering delays. The WebTView Accelerator is a software module that can be included in the viewing device (client side) without requiring changes in the content providers system. It reduces traffic delays that are related to backbone limitations, optimizes the use of transmission bandwidth, and can be easily integrated into existing hardware devices.
