Getting Broadband Data into Remote Locations
What do you do when you need high speed data services for video, data, and voice and there is no wired or cellular data service? During the NAB 2010 trade show, Hugh Donnen from Stratos explained to me that using broadband satellite connections is a quick and reliable solution. The new Broadband Global Area networks (BGAN) satellite transceivers are small and easy to setup and allows the user to send a mix of video, voice, and data. This can be a great solution when rapid connections are needed.
