Contextual marketing solutions can be applied in a cross platform (such as TV, voice and Internet) customer strategy. Real-time personalized offers and promotions are sent to customers through contextual marketing which are tailored to his or her ever-changing usage patterns, including what the subscriber does not react to by following up on a more attractive and relevant offer. The delivery results in changing go preferences, rapid response rates and impact on revenue. Other benefits include improving the viewer’s experience with recommendations based on similar viewer preferences, such as “people watched this also watched” or “top 5” targeting strategies.
