3DTV systems without glasses can be dramatically different. Ester Koo demonstrated to me at the CES that eLocity’s 3DTV system (StreamTV) does not have any noticeable viewing angles. This can make people more comfortable when viewing 3D video (some people feel nauseous when viewing 3DTV with or without glasses). This was the best 3DTV viewing experience without glasses that I’ve had since they started appearing about 3 years ago. This video shows an example of the eLocity 3T 3DTV display:
